The City of Hueytown operates and maintains nine parks throughout the community. In addition there are Five independent youth sports programs offered which include Youth Basketball; Dixie Youth Baseball; Dixie Softball; Youth Football and Youth Soccer, Adult Men’s and Co-ed Softball programs. The Parks and Recreation Board also organizes a church and open league play.

The City also has Four public tennis courts which can be reserved through “Reserve a
Court” by either calling 1-877-ON-COURT or www.reservemycourt.com using player code 2501.

The City also has located throughout the City four community walking tracks and several children’s playgrounds.
